Welcome to my webpage, an introduction to the educational and consultancy services I offer to the Japanese business community and potential applicants to the worlds best MBA programs. My educational philosophy is based on delivering client specific English educational services that provide concentrated, highly effective, and time efficient training programs. Understanding the client’s needs and working with the client to develop individual programs that deliver cost effective, industry related results is core to my service strategy. Whether delivering small class, industry specific business English programs or working with clients to gain entry into their desired MBA program, I fundamentally believe in working as a team to achieve our combined goals. Based on a number of years experience and utilizing the latest technology to the fullest I deliver a service that offers value for money and results above and beyond the clients expectation.

Business Services

1. Business communication. Industry based communication skills in all aspects from presentations, specific written modules, requirements for international meetings and trade show environments.

2. Practical usage. Based on intensive listening and speaking using the latest technology to introduce practical everyday and business language and its most up to date usage.

3. Input / Output. Modules based on effective reading and writing either in a general context or in business situation specific modules depending on the clients needs.

4. Vocabulary/Grammar. Both aspects of English are taught through a process relying on verbal and textbook based modules providing not only a theoretical basis but through practical use.

5. TOEFL/ TOEIC/GED/SAT. Classroom based preparation for all levels of these tests.

Each individual program can be tailored to clients needs. All programs can be delivered on a one to one basis or in a small class environment.

MBA Services

Preparation for business professionals who aim to further their business knowledge through attending the worlds best MBA programs in the U.S, Europe and Asia.

1. English Application essay development. Working with the client to produce effective, relevant application essays to individual Universities that get you over that all important first hurdle to gaining an interview.

Three stage essay development process.

  • Identifying what the essay question is really asking and adapting your experience and opinions to answer the question in the most effective manner.
  • Assisting in first and second drafts to find your essay voice, editing your use of English to best deliver your ideas and convince the admissions officers of your suitability for their course.
  • Final draft, concentrating on clarity of language and ideas and fine-tuning to deliver the most effective essay possible.

2. Interview training.

Intensive training using effective interview techniques and suitable content based on your experience and individual skills. Extended interview training to prepare you to perform to your highest level.

•  Identifying individual institutions interview requirements and adapting your experience and beliefs to most effectively answer likely questions.

•  Training in different styles of interviews and giving you strategies and tools to allow you to answer in the most effective manner.

•  Continual practice aimed at getting you comfortable with this intimidating environment and allowing you to perform to the very best of your abilities.

Lesson formats

•  Face to face – either one on one or in small classes
( MBA sessions always one on one)

•  Internet based – using Skype for one on one business or MBA lessons (High speed internet connection required); written work proofread and revised by email.
